Toss a handful in and climb into a hot bath and let these homemade bath salts calm, soothe and relax you while relieving stress, drawing out toxins and balancing your ph. Use a muslin bag with 1-2 Tablespoons of the soak if you want the benefits with the mess or pour directly under the running faucet if you like the feel of the salts and flowers in the water with you!
